Abstract

Small and medium economic enterprises have fundamental role in economy growth and followed by capability potentials for providing job opportunity. According to forth plan's economic development, which emphasizes on the importance of supporting small and medium economic enterprises, ninth state has approved the instruction of development plan of small entrepreneurial enterprises. Agricultural bank is the specialist organ which has an active presence in the performance since the announcement of the plan. Statistic society of the research includes the managers and experts in administration and branches of the agricultural banks in Tehran, who are related with the plan. The objective of this study is evaluating the effect of small enterpreneurial enterprises in entrepreneurship and the success of project: agricultural bank managers and specialist, point of view. All the statistics society (83) has been interviewed through questioner with census method. The statistics society has assessed the plan's success in level of plan's success in the field of entrepreneurial and increasing job opportunity was estimated weak and it was mostly affected by content characteristics.
